This was the cake that I made for my son's 3rd birthday, the first birthday after he passed away. I couldn't bring myself to write Happy Birthday on it, because it was a very hard day for us. I copied the idea from the one from the books in the grocery store bakery. The front of the cake isn't actually sloped, it is just built-up icing. The cake toppers are from the Albertson's bakery.
